Simply Closings charges a flat fee per file so there is no overhead cost. This service is a tax write off and you do not need to worry about making payroll, health care, or 401K benefits!
What If I Can't Let Go?
We know how important it is for you to keep your reputation! Real estate is a referral business. Our #1 objective is to help you grow your business, so being an extension of you and your team is incredibly important. We include you on all correspondence so you see everything being worked on. We also send out Friday updates for action items, upcoming dates, and summaries.
Is There a Cancel Fee?
Good news! If your file does not close or terminates, we do not get paid.
How Does Payment Work?
We send out an invoice the week of closing. Payment is due on closing day. You can pay by check or electronically.
